The Central Oregon Visitors Association (COVA) will be holding a State of the Industry Breakfast at the Riverhouse on the Deschutes Convention Center. The event will take place on Wed., Oct 30. Guest speaker will be Ralf Garrison, a destination travel industry leader veteran, generally recognized as a thought-leader, innovator and a serial entrepreneur of various travel related businesses.
